Youll work closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure each person receives compassionate personcentered care aligned with their individualized plans. You will guide and mentor staff support daily operations and serve as a leader when the supervisor is Youll DoAs a Residential (IRA) Assistant Supervisor you will:Ensure each resident receives highquality personcentered care aligned with their IPOP and goalsProvide handson assistance with daily living needs such as hygiene meals mobility and household tasksPromote learning independence and peer relationshipsUse conflictresolution and SCIPR techniques when neededMaintain accurate documentation and report progress or behavioral changesAssist with staff supervision scheduling and problemsolvingShare oncall responsibilities to support staffing and crisis needsWhat You BringBachelors or Associates degree with 1 year of related experienceOR High school diploma with 2 years of relevant experienceA valid drivers license and willingness to transport individualsA commitment to compassion professionalism and team successLiberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
