This entry-level management role supports daily site operations safety oversight and quality control activities under thesupervisionof the travel may an Assistant Superintendentyoullhelp coordinate subcontractorsmonitorprogress and ensure that work is performed safely efficiently and to the highest hands-on experience in all aspects of construction site management while contributing to Balfour Beattys commitment to teamwork operational excellence and ourZero Harmsafety FunctionsField Coordination:Assistin supervising and coordinating subcontractor work tomaintainschedule quality and safety standards; manage designated work areas or tasks assigned by the Management:Lead weekly safety meetings conduct inspections and ensure OSHA 10/30 compliance across the jobsite; support development of project-specific safety and disaster response & Scheduling:Participatein pull planning and CPM meetings; help track progress sequence activities andmaintainlook-ahead schedules for assigned Start-up:Support site mobilization efforts including fencing signage utilities and staging;assistin developing traffic control and temporary utility Assurance:Verify that work meets contract specifications; document inspections in BIM 360; coordinate testing ensure correction of deficiencies and oversee implementation of the project Quality Control Management:Conduct subcontractor orientations review daily reports and ensure sitelogisticsand coordination support continuous work & Turnover:Assist in testing and acceptance of life safety systems MEP commissioning and owner move-in coordination; help manage project demobilization and documentation of as-builts and owner Collaboration:Work closely with the Superintendent tomaintainproject momentum; provide field support and guidance to Project Engineers andassistin mentoring junior team members. MinimumRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.10years of field construction experience preferably ininterior upfits and 10 understanding of construction methods scheduling and quality communication organization and problem-solving ExperienceBachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering 30 managing subcontractors or small project scopes with BIM 360 and other construction management ability to promote safety and foster teamwork on the jobsite.
