The Opportunity:

Legacy Professional Services is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful execution of hyperscale data center construction projects.

Working alongside experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents youll help oversee daily field operations coordinate subcontractors maintain project schedules promote a strong safety culture and ensure the highest standards of quality throughout construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to expand their leadership experience while working on some of the nations most complex and technically demanding mission-critical projects.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering safe high-quality construction projects.

What Youll Do:

• Assist with daily field operations from project mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors across structural architectural civil and MEP scopes of work.
• Support project scheduling by monitoring progress and helping maintain look-ahead plans.
• Promote and enforce all jobsite safety requirements and safe work practices.
• Participate in daily huddles subcontractor coordination meetings and planning sessions.
• Monitor work quality and assist with inspections testing and documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries site logistics and jobsite access.
• Maintain daily reports field documentation and project records.
• Assist with subcontractor scope reviews field cost tracking and timesheet administration.
• Support punch list completion turnover documentation and project closeout activities.
• Build positive working relationships with project teams clients inspectors and trade partners.

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field or equivalent construction industry experience.
• Two or more years of commercial construction experience.
• Understanding of construction scheduling and field operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in an active construction environment.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work safely and effectively on active construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting hyperscale data center mission-critical industrial or other large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Exposure to MEP-intensive construction.
• Experience with Procore BIM 360 Bluebeam or similar construction management software.
• Experience assisting with quality control inspections and project documentation.
