Job Description
OES Equipment part of the DPR Family of Companies is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking an experiencedAssistant Superintendent Modularwho will support daily field operations and contributes to achieving departmental goals. They willfacilitatecommunication among field teams and trade partners including self-perform team members promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented work environment. They reinforce adherence to safety and quality standards by following established procedures andparticipatingin site safety meetings and inspections. They will contribute toaccurateproject documentation and reporting supporting informed decision-making by project leadership. Finally they will support identification and coordination of prefabrication opportunities by working with project teams and prefabrication partners to integrate prefabricated components into field execution plans. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the management and development of a team of field operations individuals fostering skill growth and ensuring quality performance under guidance.
Supervises daily site activities and applies sound judgment in implementing quality control measures resolving routineissuesand supporting solutions to unique field challenges to ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
Manages coordination of delivery and allocation of materials and equipment to support uninterrupted workflow.
Monitorsaccuratedaily logs and progress reports to document projectactivities andissues.
Communicates routine updates and concerns to project leadership enablingtimelyresolution of challenges.
Participates in or leads safety meetings and site inspections to reinforce a culture of accountability.
Supports field teams including self-perform inaddressing routine operational issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.
Creates and manages project schedules
Coordinates with and monitors prefabrication facility quality inventory and progress. Provides support to prefabrication partners as needed.
Travel is expected; flexibility is required.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience
Associates degree in construction management engineering a related field or equivalent experience.
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
5 years of experience in field engineering construction management or a related field.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
First Aid and CPR certificationpreferred.
