Main responsibilities:

• Hiring team to provide specific responsibilities here. Target 5 10 max main responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily store operations ensuring excellent customer service and operational execution.
• Manage the Grocery Department including Dairy Frozen and Liquor/Beer areas to achieve sales profitability and service goals.
• Ensure product quality inventory accuracy merchandising standards pricing compliance and food safety requirements are maintained.
• Supervise coach train schedule and develop department employees and managers to drive performance and engagement.
• Monitor financial performance labor expenses inventory results and shrink implementing plans to improve profitability.
• Support recruiting hiring performance management and succession planning activities.
• Foster positive customer vendor and employee relationships while resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as the store leader in the absence of the Store Director and provide operational guidance across all store departments.

  Other requirements:

• Extensive retail experience with prior management or supervisory experience required.
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in a retail environment with exposure to varying temperatures and operational conditions.
