    Primary Responsibilities:
    To assist the Head Speech Coach in the selection instruction training and conditioning of all students assigned to the Assistant Coach by the Head Coach.

    Essential Functions

    • Coordinates manages and facilitates school based youth sports and activity programs.
    • Provides for the health safety and well-being of team members.
    • Promotes positive communication between coaches activity staffparents students and outside agencies.
    • Integrates goals and standards of Columbia Heights schools into the sport programs and activity events.
    • Completes continuing education courses meetings and events.
    • Communicates and implements the head coaches and activity staffs vision for the program.


    Education and Experience
    High school diploma or GED and moderate experience working in a coaching capacity or equivalent combination of
    education and experience.
