• Overall Oversight and Management of Reception Team
• Achieve Membership Service and Product Sales Targets
• Development Training and Accountability for Reception Staff
• Administrative and Bookkeeping Task

• Overall Responsibility for Clients Experience in the Spa
• Collaboration with Lead Massage Therapist and Lead Esthetician to maximize performance

• Have the drive to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Have experience handling administrative tasks including (but not limited to) payroll scheduling inventory management and sales reporting.
• Are looking for a flexible schedule.
• Have spa experience! Spa experience is a plus but not required! We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the spa industry.
