- Lead shifts guide team members and keep communication clear and steady throughout the day.
- Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with confidence.
- Oversee opening/closing duties deposits and operational checklists.
- Strengthen a service-focused sales-minded culture that drives membership success.
- Maintain a clean safe and well-organized site environment.
