Job Summary
Assistant Service Manager Fleet Maintenance
Location: Chattanooga TN
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am -5pm for 1 week training in Knoxville TN then 3 weeks training in Nashville TN after training is completed schedule will be alternating Monday - Friday / Tuesday - Saturday.
Full-Time $50000 base plus commission

- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Inspections
- DOT Inspections
- Mechanical Repairs
- Tire Services
- Comprehensive fleet maintenance solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers technicians and internal teams
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer needs
- Maintain steady workflow and track vehicle service timelines
- Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
Experience
- Automotive or transportation industry background preferred
- Previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience a plus
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Comfortable with data entry reporting and scheduling systems
- Dependable punctual and professional
- Positive teachable attitude with problem-solving ability
