Automotive experience is not required. We are looking for leadership ability a servants heart and the desire to learn our business. We will provide the training and support needed for your success.

What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors
- Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Create a positive high-energy work environment
- Lead by example through professionalism integrity and accountability
- Help develop team members both personally and professionally
- Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency
- Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications
- College graduate preferred
- Leadership experience in any industry is a plus
- Automotive experience is not required
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Schedule
- Full-time
- Five-day work week
- Saturdays required
- Closed Sundays
Compensation
- $60000 - $72000 annual salary
