What Youll Do

As an Assistant Service Manager youll help keep our branch running efficiently while serving as a key leader for both customers and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily workflow and service schedules
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers technicians and internal teams
  • Monitor service progress and ensure customers stay informed
  • Help maintain operational efficiency and high-quality service standards
  • Support branch leadership with planning organization and problem-solving
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Learn and develop leadership skills that prepare you for future growth opportunities within the company

Preferred Qualifications
  • College experience or a bachelors degree highly preferred
  • Previous leadership customer service operations or management experience is a plus
  • Experience coordinating projects schedules teams or customer relationships is beneficial
  • Automotive or transportation experience is very helpful but not required
