Assistant Service Advisor

As an Assistant Service Advisor at Quality Auto Group you will be a vital member of our team in Englewood NJ supporting our service department by ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with senior advisors and technicians to assist customers with their automotive service needs helping to coordinate appointments and communicate service updates effectively.

• Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and answering basic inquiries.
• Support senior service advisors by gathering vehicle information and service history.
• Communicate service progress and updates to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and support administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scheduling software.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus but not required.
