Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of success in automotive sales
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Experience running a sales desk and supporting daily dealership operations
- Strong knowledge of new vehicle leasing and lease structuring
- Experience performing vehicle appraisals and managing trade evaluations
- Inventory management experience including monitoring and merchandising inventory
- A strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- The ability to coach train and develop new sales consultants
- Excellent administrative organizational and follow-up skills
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced high-volume dealership environment
