Assistant Sales Manager

Pay: $90000-$95000 Plus Bonus

American Residential Services (ARS) the nations largest provider of residential HVAC plumbing and electrical services is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to help drive sales team success.

What Youll Do:

• Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets

• Motivate coach and guide Comfort Advisors

• Lead sales meetings when needed

• Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday)

• Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores

• Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly

What Youll Need:

• 2 years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC strongly preferred)

• Strong organization planning and problem-solving skills

• Solid computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM experience a plus)

• Comfort with basic math and geometry

• Goal-driven mindset and a passion for success
