Assistant Residence Director
Pay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certification
Are you ready to take the next step in residential care leadership Seven Hillsis seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.
As an Assistant Residence Director youll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality person-centered support while promoting independence community involvement and personal growth for the individuals we serve.
Starting pay is $22.50/hour with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Marthas Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential except the Franklin Street program which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification except at nonFranklin Street programs on Marthas Vineyard.
All asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour.
