What youll do:

• Maintain and update the Universitys academic information such as details about academic programs degree audits program substitutions etc.
• Process requests from students and faculty such as advisor changes major/minor changes grade change forms withdrawals etc.
• Make updates to the University catalog.
• Respond to internal requests for data reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as with federal and state laws and University policies.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.

What you bring:

• Bachelors degree.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Google suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to students faculty and staff across campus.
