Assistant Property Manager The Bennett in Charlotte, NC

• Deliver an exceptional leasing experience by warmly greeting prospects and conducting engaging community tours.
• Respond promptly to phone email and walk-in inquiries.
• Guide prospects through the entire leasing process.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Support lease renewal initiatives and resident retention programs.
• Assist with executing marketing and outreach strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Monitor market conditions and regularly evaluate competing communities.
• Create an exceptional resident experience through responsive service effective communication and proactive resolution of resident needs.
• Assist with rent collections posting payments delinquency follow-up and resident account management.
• Prepare reports maintain resident files and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Support the Property Manager with budgeting reporting and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure apartments and amenity spaces are maintained to the highest presentation standards.
• Proactively identify maintenance needs and partner with the maintenance team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

• Previous Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Manager experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelors degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Yardi Microsoft Office (Word Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
