Assistant Property Manager, Multi-site

Why We Need You:

This position is located in the Akron area.

The multi-site Assistant Property Manager will assist managers at various properties with the day-to-day on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. This person will also assist in supervising several employees when the manager is not available.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications
• Positive and professional daily interaction with residents
• Assist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent payments
• Prepare maintenance work orders and communicate with maintenance personnel
• Investigate respond and resolve resident complaints
• Prepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leases
• Follow policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Experienced manager as well as leasing professionals looking for career development
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Computer literacy - Microsoft Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software
