This role supports the Project Management team with construction-phase coordination documentation scheduling cost tracking billing support and closeout. The is role involves handling smaller projects in the $100K-$500K range and assisting senior project management on larger multi-trade projects.
This is an on-site full-time direct-hire salaried position for their San Leandro office. Candidates should generally expect to be in the office about 4 days per week and travel to job sites as needed. A company vehicle is provided for job site travel.
Salary Range: $80000 - $95000
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required B.S. in Engineering preferred
- 1 years of project management construction management field foreman or field engineering experience
- Beneficial to have experience planning budgeting and/or assisting with large projects involving multiple trades and complex construction coordination
- Ability to coordinate with sales estimating detailing accounting purchasing shop fabrication field installation and senior management
- Computer literate with Word Excel presentations charts/graphs and project documentation

Preferred:
- Steel industry experience
