Position Summary
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations. This role ensures exceptional guest service operational efficiency compliance and financial performance while supporting team development and client satisfaction.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week expected. Schedule is consistent on a weekly basis but is subject to change based on business needs. Schedule will require weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) with consecutive days off during the weekdays.
- Ensure a consistently high level of guest service is delivered across all locations
- Maintain overall cleanliness organization and presentation of all facilities
- Respond promptly to operational issues including call-offs scheduling changes and service disruptions
- Fill scheduling gaps as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Recruit onboard train and develop team members
- Foster accountability engagement safety and employee well-being
- Provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success
- Maintain professional responsive communication with clients and customers
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
- Support P&L management and execute strategies to meet or exceed budget expectations
- Assist with implementation of marketing initiatives and revenue optimization strategies
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Complete all required reporting and documentation accurately and on time for clients and company leadership
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations policies and safety standards
- Promote a safe working environment for both employees and guests

- Provide administrative support when required
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities outside of this description
Qualifications
- 25 years of operations parking hospitality or property management experience preferred by not required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling budgeting and operational reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience managing high pacedenvironments
- Familiarity with parking management systems or revenue control tools
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Primarily on-site across multiple parking locations
- Requires walking standing and occasional lifting
- Fast-paced customer-facing environment
