Direct Hire Full-Time

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC Controls projects in the Atlanta market. This position will work closely with Project Managers field technicians engineers contractors and customers to help coordinate projects from kickoff through completion.

• Assist Project Managers with planning coordination and execution of BAS/HVAC controls projects
• Track project schedules materials submittals and project documentation
• Coordinate with customers contractors vendors and internal teams
• Assist with project updates change orders RFIs and project closeout activities
• Support field teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
• Review project drawings scopes of work and construction documents
• Participate in project meetings and occasional job site visits
• Maintain accurate project records and communication throughout the project lifecycle

• 2 years of experience in HVAC BAS controls mechanical contracting electrical or commercial construction
• Experience supporting projects coordinating teams or working in a field operations environment
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Experience with BAS/BMS systems HVAC equipment or building systems is a plus
