Pay: $50000-$55000 Annually

- Assist in managing daily program operations to ensure high-quality client-centered services.
- Oversee intake assessment and treatment services for all clients.
- Ensure delivery of short-term long-term and emergency services aligned with best practices.
- Monitor and support the overall quality of clinical care.
- Support hiring training supervision and evaluation of staff interns and volunteers.
- Foster a positive engaged team environment aligned with the organizations mission and values.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and program coverage.
- Act as a liaison between the program and external agencies community partners and stakeholders.
- Participate in the Quality Management Team to strengthen internal and external collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with licensing accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records reports and program data required by funding sources.
- Assist in monitoring program budgets census and expenses.
- Oversee the safety and maintenance of program facilities and resources.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to support and motivate teams
- Knowledge of behavioral health services for children and adolescents
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance clinical priorities with administrative responsibilities
- Commitment to quality care compliance and continuous improvement
- Bachelors degree required (Human Services Psychology Social Work or related field preferred)
- 13 years of relevant experience in behavioral health or human services
- Valid drivers license (Class C or D)
