Our faculty teach in areas including global micro and macro-organizations negotiations cross-cultural management entrepreneurial leadership strategy and ethics. | Detailed Description: | The Department of Management in the AACSB-accredited Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego invites applications for two tenure-track Assistant Professor positions beginning in Fall 2027. We seek candidates with a promising research trajectory who can teach undergraduate and graduate courses in organizations global strategy and entrepreneurship and contribute to the research teaching and service needs of the department and school. |
| Job Requirements: | The successful candidate will have a PhD or be ABD near completion in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Organization Theory Strategic Management or a related field from an AACSB-accredited program by the start of the appointment. Candidates are expected to maintain a record of scholarly achievement in high-quality peer-reviewed outlets in their field and demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence and service in a private university environment.
