Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering or a closely related discipline. Work and/or research experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing Systems Design/Simulation; Robotics; Control Systems; Cybersecurity in Manufacturing; Composites; AI and Machine Learning applications in Manufacturing; Additive Manufacturing; Senior Design Projects. Ability to teach in at least two of the areas listed above. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies. Post-doctoral research experience and/or industry experience. Experience teaching and mentoring undergraduate students as well as supporting graduate-level instruction. Familiarity with ABET accreditation procedures and documentation.
