Qualifications
An earned doctorate (Ed.D. Ph.D. Psy.D. or equivalent) in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. ABD will be considered with a terminal degree required for appointment. Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA or BCBA -D) and maintains or is eligible for NYS Licensure in Behavior Analysis ( LBA ). Evidence of expertise in both applied behavior analysis and special education utilizing evidence-based practices and inclusive pedagogical approaches. Evidence of effective design and delivery of high-quality courses in behavior analysis and special education teaching at the university level. Demonstrated record of academic scholarship research and other scholarly activities in applied behavior analysis or relevant fields. Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience advancing advocacy dignity equity and inclusion.
