The Assistant Principal supports the Principal in the overall administration of instructional programs and campus-level operations. The Assistant Principal is expected to be present in classrooms daily provide instructional leadership and teacher support manage student discipline coordinate assessments and ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Each Assistant Principal is assigned responsibilities and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Leadership: Assist in overseeing curriculum implementation support teacher development through observations and evaluations and promote effective instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  
• School Operations Management: Collaborate in managing daily school operations including scheduling resource allocation and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
  
• Student Services and Discipline: Oversee student behavior management enforce disciplinary policies and work with counselors and staff to address individual student needs and promote a positive school climate.
  
• Assessment Coordination: Manage the administration of standardized tests and other assessments ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines and utilize data to inform instructional decisions.
  
• Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with parents community members and stakeholders to support school initiatives and enhance student opportunities.
  

Qualifications:

• Possess a masters specialist or doctoral degree in Education.
  
• Have a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
