Lehigh Valley Academy is seeking an Assistant Principal who is a compassionate instructional leader values collaboration and is committed to strengthening our school community. What Youll Do

• Partner with the High School Principal to foster a positive student-centered school culture.
• Support teachers through classroom observations coaching and meaningful instructional feedback.
• Promote high expectations for student achievement behavior attendance and engagement using restorative practices whenever appropriate.
• Use academic attendance behavior and other data to guide decisions and improve student outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with students families faculty and community partners.
• Support school programs by attending student events performances and athletics.
• Ensure consistent implementation of school policies procedures and state requirements.
• Collaborate with counselors special education staff instructional coaches and teachers to support every students success.
• Contribute to the continued growth of LVAs International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and learner-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Principal (PK12) Certification required.
• Masters degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Successful teaching experience required.
• Building-level education experience preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum instruction assessment and school operations.
• Experience with the International Baccalaureate Programme is preferred but not required.
