Lehigh Valley Academy is seeking an Assistant Principal who is a compassionate instructional leader values collaboration and is committed to strengthening our school community. What Youll Do
Partner with the High School Principal to foster a positive student-centered school culture.
Support teachers through classroom observations coaching and meaningful instructional feedback.
Promote high expectations for student achievement behavior attendance and engagement using restorative practices whenever appropriate.
Use academic attendance behavior and other data to guide decisions and improve student outcomes.
Build strong relationships with students families faculty and community partners.
Support school programs by attending student events performances and athletics.
Ensure consistent implementation of school policies procedures and state requirements.
Collaborate with counselors special education staff instructional coaches and teachers to support every students success.
Contribute to the continued growth of LVAs International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and learner-centered culture.

Qualifications
Pennsylvania Principal (PK12) Certification required.
Masters degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
Successful teaching experience required.
Building-level education experience preferred.
Knowledge of curriculum instruction assessment and school operations.
Experience with the International Baccalaureate Programme is preferred but not required.
