Your Impact

You help keep production moving by preparing materials operating equipment and ensuring finished products meet quality standards that customers rely on every day.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Assist with press/coater setup and operation
• Prepare materials and components for production
• Operate finishing equipment (sheeter fan folder tape machine etc.)
• Monitor and document product quality
• Package and label finished goods
• Support equipment cleaning maintenance and 6S housekeeping
• Collaborate with team members and support training efforts

Youll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication attention to detail and teamwork
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
