• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing engaging age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  
  
• Help maintain a positive safe and organized classroom environment.
  
  
• Supervise and interact with children to encourage their social emotional and cognitive development.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with parents staff and administrators.
  
  
• Ensure all activities and practices align with Goddard School standards and New York State licensing regulations.
  
  

• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting preferred.
  
  
• High School Diploma/GED CDA or degree (or working toward a degree) in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
  
  
• Strong communication collaboration ability to multi-task and organizational skills.
  
  
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
