Assistant Parts Manager

Eric von Schledorn Ford is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our growing team at our dealership in Random Lake WI. Position Overview:

As Assistant Parts Manager you will support the Parts Manager in overseeing daily operations of the parts department. This role is critical in ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our technicians customers and wholesale accounts while maintaining strong inventory accuracy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing parts inventory ordering and stock levels
• Support team members with customer and technician parts requests
• Process warranty claims returns and special orders
• Help maintain a clean organized and efficient parts department
• Contribute to achieving department sales and profit goals
• Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
• Utilize dealership management systems and Ford-specific tools

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive parts (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with inventory management and parts lookup systems
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Ford parts experience is a plus
