The assistant operations manager will be responsible for daily supervision of operational staff empowering employees with resources needed to conduct their duties working in partnership with all team members to identify and ensure operational improvements are implemented and otherwise ensuring safety and performance standards are met or exceeded. The starting work schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday 2:00 pm to 12:00 am (10-hour shifts).Please note that work schedules may be subject to change based on business the RoleDevelop scheduling and conduct daily supervision of the service delivery team; ensure the beginning and end of shift process runs smoothlyConduct daily supervision and training of employees; monitor performance on shift to ensure the department meets all metricsLead daily operational standups including shift goals and safety topics record and report daily operational metricsUtilize performance data to design and modify operational procedures to ensure performance metrics are met and improvedEnsure that safety-related and quality control processes are in place and followedAbout YouYou have prior experience in both warehouse and field-based fleet operations with previous supervisory experience for an hourly operations team overseeing employees in a union environment and engaging for productivity and successYou are a self-starter thrive in a fast paced quickly changing environment with strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are technology proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can quickly learn new softwareYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of audiencesYou have a current drivers license and can meet the Motor Vehicle Record requirementsAbout MotivateWe are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nations largest cities.
