About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6300 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Assistant Musical Director will work with the Musical Staff on selecting rehearsing and performing the STMA musical. This includes developing a schedule and working with the director to ensure the musical is a success.

Start date:9/1/2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 and some evening/weekend performances.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experiencedirecting and/or performing in musicals.

Stipend Starting Salary Range: $2776-$3050 according tothe Group - Musical of Schedule C of theCertified Master Contract 2025-2027.

Benefits:No benefit eligibilty other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
