Assistant Men's Squash Coach (PT)

Job Summary

This position will assist the Mens Squash program/Coach with the organizing planning and coaching of the Mens Squash team. The ideal candidate is a former collegiate player who is looking for a career in college coaching and is interested in assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of running a collegiate squash program.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Mens teams during practices and match-days.
• Assist with student-athlete development athletically and academically.
• Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes.
• Assist the head coach with other duties to ensure the success of the program such as fundraising operations and logistics.
• Follow all university athletic department NCAA and CAA rules and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
• Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications

• Former collegiate squash player.
• Interest in a career in college coaching.

• Typically sitting at a desk/table
• Typically standing walking
• Typically bending crouching stooping
• Typically running climbing
• Lifting demands 50lbs

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as offered pay is based on the successful candidates qualifications and experience departmentbudget and an internal equity review.
