XO TACO IS HIRING FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER.
Were looking for an experienced energetic hands-on Front of House Manager to join the XO Taco team!
Were looking for someone who:
- Leads by example and knows how to motivate a team.
- Has a strong understanding of hospitality and guest service.
- Can confidently manage a busy dining room and bar.
- Is organized dependable and able to multitask.
- Understands scheduling labor and the importance of controlling costs.
- Can handle guest concerns professionally and turn a problem into a positive experience.
- Communicates well with both FOH and BOH.
- Isnt afraid to jump in wherever needed.
- Brings positive energy and takes pride in creating a great restaurant experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position:
We want someone who enjoys being on the floor developing their team and making sure XO Taco is running at its best every shift.
- Previous food & beverage/retail management experience.
- Experience in training managing and coaching a team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule and weekends
- Good math skills.
- Attention to detail.
