Job Summary
Assistant Manager $26$28/hour DOE Full-Time
Embr in Springfield MA is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily dispensary operations develop a high-performing team and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced compliant retail environment.
Schedule: 4050 hours/week with open availability including evenings weekends and holidays.

What Youll Do
Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily store operations
Lead coach and develop dispensary staff
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company SOPs
Oversee cash handling inventory merchandising and online menu accuracy
Track team performance and help maintain operational excellence
What You Bring
Leadership experience in retail hospitality or cannabis
Cannabis dispensary experience strongly preferred
Experience with Dutchie METRC and Weedmaps preferred
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced highly regulated environment
Must be 21 and pass all required background checks
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods lift up to 50 lbs. and perform routine retail tasks including stocking cleaning and merchandising.
