Job Summary
Sparkle Car Wash is seeking a reliable customer-focused Assistant Manager for our Macomb IL location. We are looking for a detail-oriented dependable leader who is ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as second-in-command to the Site Manager; oversee the site when theyre off-site.
- Assist with bank deposits cash handling and daily reports.
- Participate in training and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain operational consistency and high standards.
- Manage opening and closing duties.
- Earn commission on personally sold club plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.50 $18.50 per hour.
- Club plan commissions (available to all employees management and non-management).
- Clear growth path to Site Manager.
