RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers obtain information record all vehicle issues and recommend maintenance.
- Prepare an estimate for labor and parts.
- Monitor vehicle progress and update/follow-up with customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Personal and professional integrity
- Ignite/Reynolds computer experience a plus
