What Youll Do

As our Assistant Studio Manager youll partner with the Studio Manager to drive studio performance and create an outstanding experience for every member.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive membership sales and recurring revenue growth
• Coach mentor and motivate Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding member experience
• Assist with recruiting onboarding and developing team members
• Support daily studio operations scheduling and staff management
• Execute local marketing initiatives networking and community outreach
• Monitor membership goals sales performance and operational KPIs
• Foster a positive energetic and collaborative team culture

Were Looking For Someone Who Has

• Leadership experience in fitness wellness retail hospitality or sales
• A proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading successful teams
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
• A passion for coaching developing others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A self motivated growth oriented mindset
