Assistant Manager- Paid Time Off- 15-18hr + Weekly Bonus (2526)

What Youll Do

• Help lead and motivate the store team

• Assist with day-to-day store operations

• Provide excellent customer service

• Train and coach team members

• Maintain product quality and store standards

• Help create a positive team-focused work environment

• Assist with deliveries when needed

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Dependable with reliable transportation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to lead

• Ability to work days nights weekends and some holidays

• Ability to work approximately 3550 hours per week

• Basic computer and math skills

• Restaurant or food-service experience preferred

• Leadership or management experience preferred

Driving Requirements

Because Assistant Managers may make deliveries you must have:

• Valid drivers license

• At least 1 year of driving experience

• Safe driving record that meets company standards

• Current vehicle insurance and registration

• Access to a reliable vehicle that meets company safety standards

Physical Requirements

This is an active position. Team members must be able to stand for extended periods bend reach push pull and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The position also includes working around ovens coolers outdoor conditions and standard restaurant cleaning products.
