THE JOB:
As the Assistant Manager of our Live Streaming Studio youll help lead one of MGM Grands most innovative gaming operations. Youll partner with the Studio Manager to oversee a 24/7 live gaming studio where Game Presenters deal live casino table games that are streamed to players around the this role youll lead daily operations coach and develop Game Presenters and Supervisors support staffing and scheduling ensure compliance with company and gaming regulations and foster a collaborative high-performing team dedicated to delivering an exceptional live gaming experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Support the day-to-day operation of the Live Streaming Studio by managing daily staffing including creating schedules assigning table rotations and coordinating breaks and by monitoring live gameplay.
Monitor Game Presenter performance by ensuring compliance with appearance standards attendance expectations and operational procedures as well as review key performance metrics including handle uptime/downtime player engagement and player experience.
Support employee onboarding and ongoing talent development by partnering with Supervisors to improve team performance using key performance metrics and performance observations providing additional training and coaching as needed.
Provide hands-on operational support by stepping into the role of a Game Presenter or Game Technician as needed to ensure uninterrupted live-streaming operations.
Contribute to departmental planning efforts including SOP creation and shiftcoverage structures.
Identify operational gaps and partner with leadership to implement process and performance improvement.
Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with technical and service teams to minimize downtime.
Act as the liaison between Game Presenters Supervisors and Leadership to ensure alignment with departmental goals and standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Has a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
1 years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality Entertainment or front-facing guest service
