Important: Candidates must be flexible and willing to train and/or be placed at any Kansas City area location based on business needs.

What Youll Do

• Learn to lead a high-performing restaurant while living our Aloha culture.
• Build coach and inspire teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop real-world leadership skills in operations food safety staffing inventory labor management and financial performance.
• Partner with experienced leaders who will coach and prepare you for promotion to General Manager.
