• Assist with scheduling inventory and ordering ensuring smooth daytoday flow
• Help build a positive inclusive workplace culture where people feel supported and motivated

• 13 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead Supervisor or AGM level)
• A passion for teaching training and developing people
• A leadership style rooted in communication accountability and positivity
• Strong operational instinctsyou know how to keep a restaurant running smoothly
• Comfort in a fastpaced highvolume environment
• An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow with a missiondriven company
• A handson approachyou prefer being with your team over sitting in an office
