Key Responsibilities
The Events Assistant Manageris responsible foroperational excellence across all phases of event planning and execution.
Leads eventlogisticsfor onsiteevents including corporate functions weddings VIP tastings and TWE brand activations.
Conducts site inspections with clients and vendors.
Oversees event setup execution and breakdown.
Acts as the onsite host and TWE representative directing staff resolving issues and ensuring premium guest experiences.
Manages client relationships before during and after events
Coordinates staffing needs including booking temporary staff whenrequired.
Partners with vendors
Supports event planning by confirming client details
Utilizes TWEs event management software to update event details.
Hosts weekly crossfunctional meetings with Event Hospitality and Trade Education teamsand provides recaps.
Promotes wine sales during events including shipping and carryout opportunities.
Serves as the Safety Lead for the Events Department.
Collaborates on new event concepts and enhancements to TWEs private event includes crafting vision boards for the look and feel for all events.
Supports special projects and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular inventory audits andmaintainorganized storage areas

About you
- 23 years of experience in events hospitality or restaurant service
- Peoplemanagement experience preferred
- Highly organized resourceful and selfmotivated
- Ability to present confidently to groups of all sizes
- Professional brandaligned presence.
- Wine and food knowledge
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and hospitality.
- Valid California drivers license.
- Availability for extended hours holidays and weekends.
- While performing the duties of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or employeefrequentlyis required tostand and walk. Standing forlong periodsof time on event days.This role requires to be on your feet for 8 hours during events while outside
The employeeis occasionally required toclimb or balance and stoop kneel or crouch.The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to40pounds.

The anticipated base compensation for this position is $26.44 to $34.13 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills qualifications education geographic location internal equity and market considerations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation bonuses commissions and/or a comprehensive benefits package as applicable.The compensation range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position at the time of posting.
