ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies focused on providing an exceptional experience for our guests while creating opportunities for our team members to grow. We are looking for motivated dependable and people-focused Assistant Managers to help lead our locations and support our teams.

As an Assistant Manager youll work closely with the Car Wash General Manager to oversee daily operations lead and develop team members provide excellent customer service drive sales and membership growth and maintain the standards that keep our locations operating safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys working with people solving problems and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Previous car wash experience is not required. Leadership experience in retail restaurants hospitality sales customer service automotive or other fast-paced industries can translate well to this role.

• Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit hire train and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Lead by example and create a positive productive and team-oriented work environment.
• Coach team members on customer service sales memberships safety and operational procedures.
• Help build a culture of accountability recognition and continuous improvement.
• Support scheduling staffing and daily team assignments as needed.

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of an express car wash location.
• Ensure the location is clean organized safe and operating efficiently.
• Monitor wash quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure team members follow company policies procedures safety standards and appearance expectations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily operational responsibilities.
• Help identify and resolve operational equipment and facility issues.
• Learn and support all areas of car wash operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service and set the standard for the team.
• Help guests understand wash services packages and membership options.
• Support the team in achieving sales membership and customer experience goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase local sales and membership growth.
• Help resolve guest concerns and ensure customers leave with a positive experience.

• Assist the Car Wash General Manager with reviewing location performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Use company software point-of-sale systems Microsoft Office and other technology to support daily operations.
• Assist with inventory supplies and other administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate operational needs team performance and opportunities to site leadership.

• Has at least 1 year of leadership supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Has basic computer and technology skills.
• Is willing to learn car wash equipment operations and maintenance.
• Can work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Has previous experience in retail restaurant hospitality sales customer service automotive or similar industries preferred but not required.
