Assistant Manager CORE

Through Peer Support and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) CORE Services provides comprehensive mental health treatment and supportive services to adults ages 21 and older. As an Assistant Manager youll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality services while mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative person-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit train supervise and support direct care staff
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff to implement treatment goals and interventions
• Plan and coordinate engaging recreational and psychosocial group activities that promote recovery and community participation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and partner with other Ohel programs to provide coordinated holistic care
• Help create a positive supportive environment for both clients and staff

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required (Human Services or a related field preferred); Masters degree preferred
• Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges
• Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication writing and computer skills
