Assistant Manager Bastrop

Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER

Schulman Theatres is looking for an energetic leader for our Bastrop movie theatre and family entertainment center. We will entertain Bastrop families with first run movies 16 lanes of bowling a redemption arcade bar & grille. We are seeking experienced people to join our management team as assistant managers with the potential to be a General Manager in one of our future locations. Our assistant managers motivate and train staff teach customer service fundamentals and ensure a safe & positive experience for our guests and team members and have their own area of responsibility within the organization. A successful candidate will have an outgoing personality strong leadership skills maturity and good character. No degree or relevant experience is necessary

just a love of people movies and family-oriented fun. Candidates must be drug free and willing to submit to a background check. We offer flexible hours as well as free movies and bowling to our team members.
