Assistant Maintenance Supervisor (Foundry Living)

Buckingham is seeking an experienced maintenance professional who leads by example demonstrating confidence with humility amongst teammates. As an extension of the communitys Maintenance Supervisor the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining optimal resident experience property performance and presentation.

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

As Assistant Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with the overall maintenance functions of the apartment community. You will perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems electrical/mechanical systems plumbing grounds structural elements mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with the ability to oversee maintenance personnel in collaboration or absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
