• Assist with the day-to-day operation of youth sports leagues and clinics
• Help recruit train and manage coaches and game-day staff
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and participants
• Assist with registration scheduling and administrative tasks
• Set up and break down sports equipment at program locations
• Help oversee game-day operations and staff performance
• Maintain communication with participants staff and community partners
• Support marketing and grassroots outreach efforts as needed

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable organized and detail-oriented
• Weekend availability is required
• Previous sports coaching management or customer service experience is preferred
