Assistant Golf Professional

• PGA Associate in/or through level 1.

• Assist with the planning coordination and execution of golf tournaments and special events including tournament setup scoring and administration using Golf Genius software.
• Organize run and actively participate in weekly member games to promote engagement camaraderie and enjoyment of the game.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members and their guests by providing a high level of service and personalized engagement.
• Provide individual and group golf instruction to players of varying skill levels including ladies and senior golf programs.
• Collaborate effectively with the golf operations team course maintenance staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional golf experience.
• Oversee daily golf shop operations including inventory management merchandising and maintaining a professional retail environment.
• Support and promote ladies as well as mens leagues events and programming to encourage participation and member engagement.
• Ensure the golf course and practice facilities are presented in excellent condition throughout the day.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests.
