As the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent youll work closely with our Superintendent to oversee the daily maintenance and care of our golf course. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in golf course maintenance who is eager to grow their career in the industry.

• Assist in planning and executing the daily maintenance schedule for the golf course.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Monitor turf conditions and implement solutions for optimal health and playability.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for course upkeep.
• Collaborate on irrigation management and pest control strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in golf course maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with turfgrass management irrigation systems and landscaping practices.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks.
• A passion for golf and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
